The Pastors Collective exists to provide urgent relief, support and resources to ministry leaders, so they can live well and finish strong. Studies show that as many as 42% of pastoral leaders report suffering from burnout. Without relief or solutions, many leave vocational ministry altogether.

 

The Pastors Collective journey begins with our signature retreat experience designed to help pastors and Christian leaders relax, restore and reconnect with like-minded people. With your help, the road to restoration and refreshment can start today!

 

Sponsorship Cost - $25,000

Your sponsorship includes scholarships for 14-16 participants.

• 4-day retreat including all meals and available activities.

• Ground transportation to and from the airport.

• Four months of aftercare in a cohort with other leaders from their retreat.

• Deposit of $10,000 due 6 months prior to retreat.

• Balance due 14 days prior to retreat start date.

 

We believe there's no better investment than to pour back into leaders who spend their lives pouring into others. Together we can see them be well so they can build well, long term.
