“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
MATTHEW 11:28
The Pastors Collective Distinctive
Restoration - mind, body and soul - begins with a hard reset and much-deserved rest. The Pastors Collective journey begins with our signature retreat experience designed to help pastors and Christian leaders relax, restore and reconnect with like-minded people.
With a wide variety of opportunities available during each retreat, participants spend their days creating their own adventure in whatever way restores and renews them.
In the evening everyone gathers around the table to eat great meals and have intentional soul care conversations, where the burdens of leadership and issues of the heart can be ministered to in a safe space amongst peers.
The best part, Pastors Collective is committed to making sure finances are never an issue by scholarshipping hundreds of leaders to attend retreats every year.

Men's Retreats
Statistics are pretty clear that men struggle with building strong, personal relationships. This hardship seems to double for those in pastoral ministry. Who does one turn to when everyone else is turning to him?
This is why our men's retreats focus on helping leaders unplug from the daily grind and plug into rest and relationship. Put a fishing poll or a paddle in a man's hands and you can almost see the stress drain from his body.
After a day of relaxation and recreation, table time discussions give these men the opportunity to dig deep and open up in ways many never have before.
Pastors Collective retreats help men rediscover God, friends, and themselves.
Women's Retreats
Often women in ministry, especially pastors' wives, are the unseen, unsung heroes of the church. These faithful leaders often focus on everyone else's needs with little time left for themselves.
Pastors Collective women’s retreats are designed for women in church leadership and focus on rest, refueling and being in community with like minded women. Participants will experience a relaxed atmosphere with a loose schedule, allowing time to unwind and rejuvenate. Activities include a variety of recreational activities including boating, fishing, biking, yoga, massage, paddle boarding, kayaking, nature walks, and connecting by the fire pit.
Every evening, attendees are invited to join evening discussions focused on soul care. These heartfelt conversations create a safe space to share and connect with each other while creating caring community. The primary objectives are simple: connect with God, build meaningful connections, and rest. We aim to refresh leaders as they step back into leading in their church role.
