42% of pastoral leaders have considered leaving the ministry in the past year. At Pastors Collective we offer retreats, relationships, and resources to ministry leaders so they can live well and finish strong.
On September 22, 2026 we would love for you to host "A Night At The Table - One Night, Many Locations. Helping Pastors Live Well & Finish Strong." A multi-site fundraising dinner dedicated to supporting the well-being of ministry leaders.
Since we opened the Retreat at Church Creek, we have served more than 3,200 pastors and ministry leaders. Often times those who need it the most can afford it the least. With your help we will scholarship hundreds more of these amazing leaders to have this life-changing experience
After registering as a City Host, Jen Goldsberry will personally call you to help select a venue near you. Once selected, he will reserve the venue, and will then add it to the event guest registration page. From there, you can start inviting your friends to your location using this link: REGISTER
What Does A City Host Do?
Network & Invite:

Invite pastors and business leaders in your region to attend your Night at the Table location.
Host Your Location:
-
Participate in an event test run the week before to review the event agenda and flow and work out any technical issues.

Welcome guests on the day of the event at the venue and serve as the local event emcee.
Minor Technical Work:
-
You are welcome to invite someone to the event to help you with this!

We will send you a webcam, USB cable, and technical instructions.

You will bring your computer and the necessary adapter to connect to an HDMI cable provided by the venue.
