OUR CHALLENGE
Across the church landscape, we are facing a soul care and mental health crisis.
Studies show that as many as 42% of pastoral leaders report suffering from burnout. Without relief or solutions, many leave vocational ministry altogether.
With each exit, they leave an immediate void and rippling repercussions felt across churches, families and communities.
The Pastors Collective exists to provide urgent relief, support and resources to our ministry leaders, so they can live well and finish strong.

OUR SOLUTION
Restoration - mind, body and soul - begins with a hard reset and much-deserved rest. The Pastors Collective journey begins with our signature retreat experience designed to help individuals relax, restore and reconnect with God and like-minded ministry leaders.
Life giving relationships that begin at these retreats continue through our Learning Cohorts. Meeting virtually each month, these small groups provide ongoing growth, learning and encouragement.
